1.5 One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.

2.2 Prohibited Content: You may not upload, transmit, or process documents containing illegal content, malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

2.3 Intellectual Property: You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and only upload documents you have the right to use and distribute.

2.4 No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our platform or services.

2.5 System Integrity: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.

2.6 Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3.1 Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan, and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified during checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

3.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.1 Malicious Software: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious code is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or restricted areas of our platform is prohibited.

5.3 Fraudulent Activities: Using our services for fraudulent purposes, including identity theft, financial fraud, or document forgery is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Spam and Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications, spam, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or our staff is not allowed.

5.5 Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

5.6 Enforcement Actions: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

6.3 Limitation of Damages: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6.4 Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

6.5 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.

6.6 Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.5 Termination by NextVerify: We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.

8.6 Data Retention: Upon termination, we will retain your data according to our data retention policy and legal requirements, with options for data deletion upon request.
